The Flywing X Wing Fighter
The Ultimate Immersive Cockpit Experience
Forget everything you know about traditional FPV. The Flywing X Wing bridges the gap between quadcopter agility and fixed-wing endurance, delivering the world’s first true head-tracking tactical cockpit experience.
Introduction
For years, pilot optimization has been a game of compromises. If you wanted vertical takeoff, you flew a quadcopter—and sacrificed flight time. If you wanted high-speed cruising and long-range exploration, you flew a fixed-wing—and sacrificed the ease of runway-free launching.
The Flywing X Wing Fighter eliminates the compromise. Engineered as a revolutionary Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) fixed-wing hybrid, this aircraft represents the next evolution of personal flight. Seamlessly integrated with the DJI O4 Air transmission system and a synchronized, miniaturized cockpit, the X Wing doesn’t just let you fly a drone—it shrinks you down and puts you directly in the pilot’s seat.
The Dawn of the Mixed Reality RC Simulator
Welcome to a completely new paradigm of remote flight: the Mixed Reality RC Simulator. While traditional FPV drones simply stream a flat video feed, an MR drone merges the raw physics of real-world aviation with the immersive, interactive software environment of a digital flight simulator. Through your goggles, you are interacting with a live, responsive cockpit that tracks your head movements, mirrors your physical controller inputs, and overlays real-time tactical radar data onto the real world. It is the ultimate fusion of actual RC flight and video game immersion.
Overview
The Flywing X Wing is a lightweight, durable high-performance aircraft built for pilots who demand maximum immersion and tactical gameplay.
By utilizing four wingtip-mounted propellers, the X Wing launches vertically like a standard drone. Once airborne, a single button press transitions the aircraft into forward fixed-wing flight. Powered by a high-capacity 159.85Wh LiPo battery, it delivers an unprecedented 60-minute flight window and crisp, low-latency HD video up to 10 kilometers away.
Key Features
1. Synchronized Head-Tracking Cockpit
The crown jewel of the X Wing is its miniaturized cockpit point of view. When paired with your VR goggles, the onboard camera supports head-tracking—meaning the lens physically follows where you look. Inside the camera’s view, you are looking out from a virtual cockpit equipped with miniature screens that display real flight data, alongside physical controls that move in perfect sync with your real-world stick inputs.
2. RockSteady 3.0+ & DJI O4 Integration
In lieu of a fragile mechanical gimbal, the X Wing utilizes RockSteady 3.0+ electronic stabilization to smooth out vibrations while recording gorgeous 4K footage at 60fps through a 117.6-degree ultra-wide lens. The live feed is powered by the DJI O4 Air transmission system, beaming 1080p video to your goggles at 100 frames per second with an ultra-low 24ms latency.
3. LoRa-Powered Tactical Radar
Experience the world’s first localized multiplayer drone gaming network. The onboard LoRa-based radar system automatically detects and tracks up to six other X Wing aircraft within a 350-meter radius. The system enables cooperative formation flights, pursuit games, and simulated air combat complete with HUD-style overlays and live on-screen scoring.
4. Self-Developed Flight Controller
Whether you are a fixed-wing veteran or a quadcopter pilot transitioning to planes, the X Wing adapts to your skill level with two distinct flight modes:
-
Cruise Mode: Provides full stability assist, allowing beginners to master forward flight without fighting the aircraft.
-
Acro Mode: Opens up full manual control for aggressive aerobatics, including somersaults, rolls, and inverted flight.

Real Field Experience
Stepping up to the flight line with the Flywing X Wing completely redefines the pre-flight routine. There is no searching for a flat strip of asphalt or wrestling with a mechanical launcher. You set the aircraft down, power up, and launch straight up on four rotors.
The transition to fixed-wing flight is seamless—just push the button and watch the aerodynamics shift. The true magic happens the moment you look around the cockpit. Glancing down to check your live telemetry screens, or watching your miniature flight stick match your hand movements in real-time, provides a sense of scale that traditional FPV cameras simply cannot replicate.
